We’re a company of expert craftspeople, partnering with the best architects and designers to build one-of-a-kind residences while taking the utmost care in building homes as a piece of art to live in and experience for generations to come.  Brian Osborne started Osborne Construction in 2006 to bring a greater depth of process and partnership to custom home building.

As a vertically integrated builder, Osborne Construction has a pedigree of delivering residential projects for high performance adaptive reuse and ground-up custom homes. We’ve been able to develop an efficient process to predict, control and track cost, while ensuring keen attention to detail and smooth collaboration between the Design team and Client. Simply put, we look at construction through an artist’s lens - taking the utmost care in building homes as a piece of art to live in and experience for generations to come.  

Our projects can be found from east to west - in Philadelphia and Southern California.

And while we build beautiful, high-end homes, we never lose sight of what matters most. Above all, we care—for our people, our clients, and our partners—all resulting in care for the incredible designs we bring to life.
