Mt Airy, Philadelphia - Historic Renovation

Once an equestrian stable to the adjacent urban vacation home in the historic Pelham neighborhood, this carriage house was entirely re-designed as a multigenerational dwelling. Within the tight footprint, a light touch to the exterior gives way to a luxury interior suite.
